Terms & Conditions

Article 1 — Purpose

These T&Cs govern the sales conditions of the leisure services offered by Neurones Escape Game in Éragny-sur-Oise (95610).

Article 2 — Booking

The booking is final after full payment of the amount due. A confirmation email will be sent to you within 24h of booking.

Article 3 — Cancellation

Free cancellation up to 48h before the session. Below this period, no refund can be made except in cases of force majeure.

Article 4 — Pricing

Prices are indicated in euros incl. VAT on the site. Neurones Escape Game reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, without affecting bookings already confirmed.

Article 5 — Internal Regulations

Participants agree to respect security rules and instructions from the Game Master. Neurones Escape Game reserves the right to refuse accèss or interrupt a session for any inappropriate behavior, without refund.
